The Greater Passover
Pastor John Ryman preached from Matthew 26:19–29, where Jesus shares the Passover with His disciples and gives them the bread and the cup as His body and His blood of the covenant. Just as the blood of the lamb on the doorposts spared Israel and led them out of bondage, the blood of Christ delivers us from sin into salvation. This passage calls the church to come to the table not merely admiring Jesus as Teacher, but surrendering to Him as Lord.
